Nestled on vibrant Cotham Hill, The Merchant of Cotham is a true neighbourhood microbrewery and pub. We brew our own award-winning, unpasteurised craft beers on-site, vegan, fresh and full of character. Pair them with a menu built around bold pub classics: from Beer-Can Chicken and Ribeye Steak to Beer-Battered Fish & Chips and our legendary Loaded Waffle Fries. Day-time deals Monday to Saturday, weekly specials every night, and Sunday Roasts served all day long.

Our kitchen and brewery go hand in hand, with a beer to sit beside every dish, from Nashville tenders with our Deception WCIPA to a Sunday roast with gravy made from our own brew.
